From a young age, Ella knew she wanted to dance. Seeing her potential, Ms. Patricia Sorrell took Ella under her wing and built the foundation of strong technique. Following Ms. Pat to Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet for their Young Dancer’s Summer Program, Ella had the opportunity to train under Marcia Dale Weary and Leslie Hench.

 

In 2017, Ella moved to Virginia Beach Ballet Academy where she continues to study under the tutelage of Ms. Ana Maria Martinez. Ms. Ana has trained Ella to understand the important balance between clean technique and beautiful artistry. In addition to dance training, Ms. Ana has allowed Ella to apprentice her. Under her careful guidance, Ella has been able to assist with classes, teach, and choreograph original pieces for the stage, all while still studying ballet.

 

Ella was inspired by these amazing women and looks forward to sharing her love of dance with others.
